| How to recover deleted photos from memory cards |

If you have not heard of PC Inspector , then it is good that you are reading this now. The best thing about PC inspector is that it is FREE. It doesnt require you to register, neither it requires you to pay a single cent. If you happen to accidentally delete the photos in your memory card, the first thing to do is, DONT TOUCH IT. Do not write any more data into the card or try to take any more photos. Stop everything until you had recovered the photos.
Recovery of the photos is actually very simple, though it might take a while. It will take around 3-4 hours to recover a 2GB memory card. Just follow these simple steps below: Step 1) The above is a sample screenshot of what you will see in the PC Inspector application. Just select the source drive of the memory card. Step 2) Select the destination folder (Where all the recovered files will be) Step 3) Choose the format. (Not sure about this, I used JPG as I am not expecting any other format) After the recovery, I had around 3 or 4 photos that cannot be recovered fully, well it is better than nothing at all. Maybe the only disadvantage of the application is that you can only choose to recover 1 format at 1 time, I assume and the application seems to be a dedicated recovery system for photos only. But for only simple recovery of photos, this little program will save your day! |

Have you ever accidentally delete all your photos in the memory card when you haven't transfer them to your computer yet? Sound familiar? This is one of my bad habits! I like to delete things whenever i felt disorganised! I delete emails at work, I delete photos at home and I like to throw away stuff that make me feel irritated. So, I always face this problem of deleting something that I want!
